Where can i find these parts?

here are some scooter parts my friend recommended me to buy. District V2 or V3 deck, zero gravity oversized bars, proto half knuckle clamp, HIC compression, SMX forks, proto gripper wheels. where can i buy these parts for a cheaper price?? i totaled it all up and it comes to about 300$. i don't have that kind of money but the scooter would be nice haha. someone help! :) OH! what kind of headset should i buy with these parts??
