Were child cpr compressions ever 15:2?

I am pretty sure in 2004 or 2005 child cpr was 15 compressions and 2 or 1 breaths but my friend is convinced it has always been 30:2 for adults, children, and infants but I want to prove him wrong! Thanks :p
