Is sexual harassment a big myth...I have never witnessed an instance of this in action?

you said it yourself---"Sure there may be a few rare cases of true sexual harassment", so if there are actual cases then it's not a myth. Just because you haven't witnessed harassment doesn't mean that its not there. "Absents of evidence is not evidence of absents".
