Need help diagnosing car problems.?

Sounds like the intake manifold has a bad gasket and is letting coolant into the combustion chambers. Your compression looks low too which points to bad piston rings and can also cause foam in the oil due to compressed air getting past the pistons. Good luck. Sounds like its time for a new car/engine.
