Pulled leg muscle help?

Couple weeks ago i aggravated what i think is either my sartorious muscle or the top of the rectus femoris muscle. Then i played basketball and aggravated it more. I have now been resting it for about a week and a half. I was doing rest ice compression elevation and then i started heating it a few days aago and stretching. certain movements still bother it. I was just wondering what the time table is for an injury like this. Its driving me crazy becuase i love to run and play basketball and i cant do either
