MY CAR OVER HEATED AND TURNED OFF NOW IT HAS NO COMPRESSION?

Likely you blew the head-gasket between the cylinders or a water jacket. If the sealing rings that go around the cylinders fail ( I say in between the cylinders - because I've seen it before ) then your compression is leaking into the neighboring cylinder. It likely turned off BECAUSE it lost compression due to the deterioration of the head gasket. A cylinder leak-down test will confirm this if you try it with the cylinder or cylinders alongside the one that has no compression. 2 will have no compression, but likely not all will be shot. Either way, you're likely looking at a cylinder head gasket job - at the very least.
